Soda PDF is perfect "All in One" software around PDF with good results! Price and use are absolute OK.

Although SODA still has room for improvement (no one is perfect!), it is a very efficient tool to create and manage pdf files. It's fast, powerful, easy to use, and a way lot cheaper than similar Adobe product.
